ZIACOM holds the annual sales meeting

Last January, ZIACOM gathered the national sales team at the new facilities of the company with the aim of a fresh beginning in 2019.

ZIACOM organized a 5-day intensive training in which knowledge was consolidated with theoretical-practical sessions.

The Product department imparted a very detailed training

The Product department were in charge of the training related to the product:

Carolina Fernández (Oral Surgeon), gave information about the conical connection implant range. The importance of the surgical protocols for each system was highlighted, as well as the usability and use of the instruments. Finally, the features and applications of the range of biomaterials and resorbable membranes were also introduced.

Mariana Hernandez (Oral Surgeon), was the person in charge of training in digital dentistry. She illustrated the advantages of performing a guided surgery, so that the results can be known before the surgery, thus minimizing the possibility of unexpected events. Accordingly, also detailed all the features and advances of intraoral scanning, not only for the patient but also for professionals.

Daniela Bazzano (Prosthodontist), explained all the processes that are carried out every day in the laboratory, from a traditional point of view as through CAD-CAM technology. By doing so, she wanted to demonstrate the importance of a well connected workflow between the dental clinic and the prosthetic laboratory.

The course included a presentation from Bien-Air representatives.

Bien-Air Dental representatives went to ZIACOM facilities, where they offered detailed training on the features and use of the new line of surgical motors New Chiropro and New Chiropro Plus. After that, the commercial team was practicing the drilling in artificial bone, so that this technique and the results offered by the motors could be known in detail.

David Plaza, ZIACOR Manager, spoke about the ZIACOR CAD-CAM milling center, in which all the processes carried out in the laboratory were explained. Also, the materials available for each rehabilitation, as well as product offers.

On the other hand, Christian Ordoñez, National Sales Manager, taught a formation on sales techniques and corporate image and presented the 2019 Business Plan.  Finally, Javier Tobío, National Operation Manager, pointed out the importance of using the CRM tool and the improvement it provides in the results of attention and follow-up of our clients.
